I registered an account

I registered an account with a Russian phone number, the application equally defines me as a Belarusian. I can't link my account to ps stor. How to fix it?

I understand your concern, please be aware that PayPal is nation-specific, and you will not be unable to access your account from another country or add another country phone number for security reasons.
