I put in a fraud complaint to the resolution center

I received a PayPal receipt for these charges yesterday. I don't know what they are. So I put a resolution request. This happened yesterday. So I would hope that I would remember it. Is that the right thing to do. I did not buy anything yesterday, so I don't know what these charges are. And the dollar amounts are weird. (see below, I had to remove the emails)(if I am wrong for some reason I guess they don't want to injure the persons identity, if I am right it means . . .)

What security measures should I take. PayPal said to change my password, so I did. But how else do I protect myself.

Hi @marknoo,

I'm sorry to hear about unauthorized payments made on your PayPal account. It is good to know you have contacted PayPal. Since your account is accessed without your permission, I would also recommend you change your security questions.

Here’s how to change your security questions:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click the Settings icon next to "Log out."
  3. Click the Security.
  4. Click Revise beside "Security Questions."
  5. Enter your security questions and answers, and click Save.

At the same time, it would be best to change your email address used with PayPal.

Regards,

Nicky
