If you want advice then provide some actual information on the problem helps.
Are you a U.S resident or using your account internationally?
Are you unable to verify your account OR do you mean there is a message saying they can't confirm its you?
Have you added a mobile phone registered in your country and only in your name to your paypal account?
New account or new problem?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
