I'm having trouble logging in, I can't get codes

Welcome,
I have a problem with my PayPal account where I forgot my password and when I try to change it it shows me a danger sign and that my identity has not been confirmed, and it also gives me the option to use a code from my phone number, but I do not receive any code.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
