I link my bank account but i` m still not verified.

I linked my bank account in my paypal acccount to verify my account but why still not verified.

There are many paypal user complaining with this issue but no action taken.

what is the problem?

As you haven't added your country to your profile (so we can see when we hover over your username) or said in your post which country you are in so unfortunately its hard for us to advise.
Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.

 I sign up in Paypal Philippines and address is visible in my profile isn`t it?

To get your account verified, go to your account to add and confirm your bank account or, if you prefer, add and confirm your debit or credit card. Only once your financial gets confirmed your PayPal account will be verified.
