Previously I was running a shopify store with some clothes. Due to lack of sales, I've shut down the store. And I'm doing some freelancing service related to web development and I charge few $$s from my customers. My customers are from around the world. I haven't done anything illegal. But I got a mail a couple of days ago with the following message: You can no longer use PayPal

Check out the screenshot below for reference:

I never did any kind of **bleep** oriented service. Kindly help me with this.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account specific issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.

Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.

I've tried to call the paypal customer support. But they said, they also don't access to any other information other than the above displayed information. Also they said, they can't do anything regarding the limitations.

This same thing happened to me for my business that sells machine parts on a squarespace website. The initial round of reps won't do anything, I had to ask to speak to their manager. It's happened TWICE now. Only 7 days apart.
