I have successfully verified my NDID but can't confirm my info.

I already verified my identity on PayPal page it says like this.
Success!
Your identity is verified!
Then I click on the "Continue" button, it show me details about my personal data. Some data can't be editable like "Date of birth" there is no "edit" button to edit, then I click on "Update and Continue" button but it can't go to next page.
Does this mean I haven't completed verify my identity?
How can I fix this problem?

However, I would recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams for further assistance getting your account verified.
