Hello! I have a Russian passport, but I live in another country. The first time I received money to my account, which I registered in Kazakhstan. Can my account be blocked if I have a Russian passport?

And for how long will my money be slaughtered?

The status "Hold on" is worth up to 21 days. How to take it off?

Since your PayPal account should be registered in the country you currently live, and not necessarily where you have a passport, you normally shouldn't run into any issues.
