I got blocked using my pall pall account

I got blocked using ma pay pall account it took 6 day to get it back and they have no idea what happened 

(looking for another way of paying ) all they keep tell me is pay another way but the main reason I use pay pall

is to have the security of pay pall when you phone up they just keep repeating them self when it all started

they blamed  the merchant so I tried anther merchant still the same not very pleased with pay pall
