I don't know what this message means, and I can't find the setting to turn it off.

I was paying for something and the top of the Paypal window had this message:
"Set up once. Pay faster next time.
We'll save your choice for future payments to [Company]. Change this anytime in your PayPal settings."
What exactly is it saving? And how do I change that setting? I wouldn't even know what setting to look for, this message is too vague. Can't find anything relevant on any of the settings pages.
It's not saving my payment info with [Company] is it? I try not to have my card saved all over the internet. And that'd be awfully brash [/illegal?] to do it without asking me. But I can't imagine what else it's saving.
