I confirmed my debit card but my limit is still on. why my limit is still on??

I used PayPal's personal account for the last year. Now I upgrade to a business account. And I added my same card to the business account and verified (confirmed) the card today. But still, my account limit is on. Please explain "How to off my account limit?"

Unless its a permanent limitation Paypal normally directs you to the message or resolution centres to resolve any account limitation issues.
