I cannot connect my Paypal to my Meta Business Manager as a payment method

Hi there. Whenever I attempt to add my Paypal account as a payment method in the Meta Business Manager I get this error:

Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.

I am not sure why. Please help. Thanks

I am sorry to know that you're having issues while connecting PayPal to Meta Business Manager. To add PayPal as a payment method:

1. Go to your Payment settings in Meta Manager.
2. In the Payment method section, click Add payment method.
3. Select PayPal and then click Next button. A pop-up window appears prompting you to log into an existing PayPal account or sign up to create a new PayPal account to link to your ad account.
4. Complete the steps to set up your PayPal account.
5. Click on Agree and continue button after log in on PayPal.
6. Select Done on confirmation screen.

Before you proceed, kindly try to clear cache and cookies or try using different browser or device. If the issue still persists, kindly contact Meta for further assistance.

Hi this issue still persists. Do I have to change my PayPal to business in order to resolve this?
