I cannot add a P.O. box to my business account - WHY is it so hard to do?

I cannot figure out how to add a P.O. box to a Paypal business account in March 2024. Why is it so hard to do?! I have spent hours trying to add it and looking through forms trying to find out how to do it. Please help.
