I can't submit the PayPal Thailand Relaunch Agreements. What can be done?

Whenever I try to Review and accept the PayPal Thailand Relaunch Agreements, checking an input field and clicking on the button "Agree and Continue", I'm getting an error message "Something’s not right".

What can be done?
