I can't seem to get limitations removed from my account

I got limitations applied to my account. They said I needed to upgrade some ID information. I did that and they said they "got it" would review and get back to me. That's been weeks ago and still no message of change in my account.

i have the same isue now and i am starting being angry ! PP is holding me 1800 euro making profits from me money and i am everytime getting the same answer on phone that he will get it to back office team ! this is 6 times i got the same answer ! it is already a week and i am frustrated the time i get the money out i am closing the account and leaving paypal
