I can't seem to find how to get in touch with PayPal Customer Service

My bank canceled my debit card due to suspicious activity, problem is I have automatic payments that are due in the next couple of days before new card arrives. Will PayPal automatically turn to my alternate form of funding I have on file? Please advise tel# to contact Customer Service because I also have other issues to I need help to deal with.
