I can’t log in to my business account, it says the app does not support my location.

I understand you're receiving an error that the PayPal App does not support your location, and I'm sorry to hear you're all encountering it. We have had similar reports, and our technical support teams are currently working to resolve the issue. Before you try logging into the App again, please try clearing the App's cache in your phone's app settings. In the meantime, you can also access your accounts on a mobile browser or desktop by going to www.paypal.com.
I hope you've already been able to log in successfully, but if not, that you'll be able to soon.
