I can't log in, reset email or do anything at all in my account

Hello. 

 

It's been about 2 months that i cannot have access to my primary account (i created a new one so i can ask or contact). When i try to log in the message i receive is the following: Please check your entries and try again. I'm using the correct password and email. When i click on "forgot my password" and i'm typing my email the following message appears: Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. I even try the "forgot my email" option but still the same message. 

 

Anyone else experience something similar?

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
