I can't connect

Hello, i need some help pls.

i didn't use and connect to my acompte for a very long time.

I forggot my passe word and I changed  It, but now I can't connect, when I try to connect I get this message "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you".

I know how important it is to have access to your PayPal account, and I'm sorry you're having trouble with this. It sounds like our security system is trying to verify that you're the account holder to protect you from unauthorized access. I typically recommend logging in from a location and device you've accessed your account from in the past and ensure you've turned off any VPN.
