I can no longer change my password

Hello, I have two PayPal accounts with the same domain name of my personal website. I haven't used one of the addresses for a very long time and in the meantime I forgot the answer to the two secret questions and changed my mobile phone number. Is there any way I can recover my password? I know my registered mobile phone number and I can answer other questions related to my personal bank account or transactions. How can I get a link to change my password? I use the same laptop and the same internet connection. Thank you

You are only allowed x2 paypal accounts if x1 is personal and the other x1 is business, if you have 2 of the same type you risk them both being limited. 

To get access to an account you would need to contact customer services if the ''lost password'' option has been tried and failed?

 

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
