Recently, I Loged into the paypal account it shows "We were unable to confirm your identity". Each time I attempt to log in, I encounter an error message stating, " This has resulted in restricted access to my account, causing inconvenience and concern regarding my account's security.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. I can provide any necessary verification or information to confirm my identity and regain access to my account. Please guide me through the steps required to update my phone number or provide an alternative method to verify my identity to regain access.
I appreciate your prompt attention to this issue and look forward to your guidance and support in resolving this matter at your earliest convenience.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.

Have you got a mobile phone linked and confirmed on your paypal account? If so then there may be a filter on your phone for text messages so contact your mobile service provider and ask to allow all text messages on your phone, specifically from short numbers.
If all good their side then the best way to resolve this issue is by contacting customer services.
Also don't use a VPN if you are doing so.
