I am one of many who got locked out of my PayPal account because my phone number changed and in the meantime I did not update my phone number with PayPal. For some reason it is impossible for me to rectify this and as we all know in todays world it is completely useless waste of time to try and call someone at a service center. I would like to know why this is like this. Hundreds of people get new phone number; for example, when they change jobs. Common PayPAL get with it. Now I have to look for a new payment services.

If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.
