I am locked out of my account

HI there, i am trying to log in back into my account. First of all, after serveral time using the sms option and didn't receive the message, the sms option is gone. After that i tried the verify using mobile application option, but when i opened my paypal application (i tried serveral time), nothing happened. Then i decided to log out of my account on my phone and try with a empty account, it worked and now i can't log back in my main account with money. Whenever i tred to log in, it redirect me to a page say that "we can't verify its you". Is my money gone and i got scammed by paypal

It sounds like this has been frustrating. In this situation, it's best to reach customer support by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page. Support is also available if you send a DM to @AskPayPal on Twitter or a PM to facebook.com/PayPal.
