How to update the main holder / treasurer for our association's account?

Hello,

we are an international charity association seated in Belgium and use a PayPal business account for collecting membership fees.

The account was set up by our treasurer. Now a new treasurer (from Canada) was elected so we would like to keep the account (with the name of our association) and just replace the "owner". But there is no "update" button...

Can we do what we would like to do or does the new treasurer have to set up a new account?

In our case the pp account is named after our association, that's OK. But the person who created the account is no longer responsible for our money. How can we replace her name with the name of the new treasurer?
