How to transfer this account to my SSN?

I am buying a small business that uses PayPal, they have an account linked to business owner's SSN.  There are subscription services attached to the account and we would like to transfer the account and change SSN to my SSN.  How do I do this?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! This is a great question. I dug up this Help Center article to get you started Changing the name on an account as changing ownership of a Business account starts there. From there, you'll be asked for the relevant documentation showing the change in ownership. If the account is a personal account, we would recommend closing the account and reopening it in your own name as you wouldn't be able to change ownership on personal account.
