How to solve this error "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."?

Dears,

My PayPal account was working fine from a month, but now it gives this error "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."

and redirect to URL: "https://www.paypal.com/webapps/shoppingcart/error?flowlogging_id=f375445711d68&code=GENERIC_ERROR&mf....

Note:  was set "Encrypted website payments" checkbox option in my account to false.

How to solve this issues?
