Normally you input your paypal email address and password and you may then get a text on your mobile phone to input the code.

If you're adding a card for the first time and receiving an error that the zip/postal code is incorrect, it means that what is on file with the bank and what you're entering do not match. Simply contact your bank to confirm the current billing zip/postal code on file and re-add the card.
