There’s no account number for your general account itself. PayPal accounts are identified by email address (the one you log in with), or your registered mobile number, @username for receiving money. Check your email inbox for the an email from PayPal to confirm your email address.
Read the Help Center FAQs by category. It’s like the users manual for your account and covers features available in your country. Not all countries allow friends and family payments and some countries cannot hold money in PayPal balance and must withdraw on a monthly basis, are a couple examples.
