How to close a business account accidentally opened in the wrong country?

Help? I accidentally opened a business account when trying to set up my account, and it also registered in the wrong country. I do not live in this country, I have no housing in this country, therefore I can't complete my account information.

 

I need the account information to close it, but again, because I don't have it, I can't input it, and therefore I cannot close my account. It's a terrible looping cycle that I have already contacted customer support about, and they couldn't accept the ID that I gave, which left be back in the cycle and unable to do literally anything. I tried brute-forcing it a couple times, but it wouldn't work and left me stuck.

 

I am getting incredibly frustrated with this problem, and I genuinely do need an account that I can use. I can't sign up with a different email, and as I have stated prior, don't have the means or ability to remove the limitation on my account to properly close it. If anyone has potential solutions or know a way for staff to just close the account outright, please let me know!

So not only did you open a paypal account registered in another country but you also managed to select the wrong account type as well?

Not surprised Paypal can't help you if the account has been limited as those limitations are normally permanent. Also you can't close a limited account until all the limitations have been resolved.

You may have to just learn to live with your mistakes or try and get another email address to open a new account with in the correct country.
