When I opened my PayPal account in Italy, my nationality was Indian. Now I have acquired Italian citizenship (no dual citizenship). How do I change my nationality from India to Italy? The option is not editable in settings.
Thank you for your post. Please note, PayPal accounts are country specific. Once the account is created in a specific country, nationality can not be changed. However, you may close your account in India and create a new PayPal account in Italy with the same email address.
