How to change business ac to individual

My payment is pending due to GSTIN/UIN no, I have individual AC. But on dashboard it's showing it's business ac. Please help.

I understand you would like to downgrade your PayPal account. We can help with an account downgrade after reviewing the following: 

 

1. Your account is not linked to any legal entity or registered business/company. 

 

2. You do not have any account limitations or requests for information. You can check if you have any limitations on your PayPal Resolution Center. Once you visit your Resolution Center click on 'Go To Account Limitations' 

 

If neither of the above points are applicable to you, please contact our customer service team to proceed with a downgrade request.
