How to Fix Mistakenly Created USA Business Account Without Owning a Business?

I mistakenly created a PayPal business account in the USA, but I'm from Nepal and don't own a business. I'm unable to create a PayPal Nepal account with the same email, and I can't make changes to my profile until I add business details, which I don't have. Does anyone know how to fix this?

That account is useless to you, all you can do is close it (if you can) and open one for your own country of Nepal. However the option to receive paypal payments in Nepal is not available, you can only send funds for purchases funded by a visa credit card.

Unfortunately not unless customer services can close it for you?
This is unlikely as your countries c.s. can't usually access another countries paypal account but worth asking.
