How to Add New Address and New Card? .

I have a Business account, which was upgraded from my personal account. I am running a small Webstore, which accepts online payments. I rarely get payment through this account. Most of my transactions are paying other vendors for my purchase.
I am using my son's credit card to operate my account for the last 5-6 years. Now he got his new card and also moved to a new address.
He had canceled his previous card with the bank, while he lost it.
Now we both are trying to add a new address and card to this account. But unable to add Card and update a new address.
We have submitted a relevant bank statement associated with the card, with our new address.
I followed all help topics but was still unable to understand why I am getting the message "Stree Address Required", message. while your system didn't allow me to edit or add a new address. without this system didn't allow me to add my new card or edit the existing one to my personal n business account.
Your chatbot was unable to solve this issue and became quiet on my question.
Now, can anyone help me to solve this issue?

Hi @Ichhya,
I am sorry to hear that you are having such issues with this. I would recommend that you first update your address. Once you have updated the address make it your primary/home address. When you have done this, you should then try to add the card. You should have the option then to add the new card with the new address. Be sure to add the address exactly as it shows on the card account. Also, I would recommend applying for your own card as this will save you issues in the future.
