How do I verify my PayPal account for Facebook Marketplace?

I’m just beginning to get into the Facebook Marketplace as a merchant, now with shipping.. I keep trying to link my PayPal to receive payments for orders but a pop-up never fails to say that I need to go to PayPal to “verify my account.” What do I need to do, and how can I do it?

My paypal is already linked to my bank. This is directly a facebook issue.

This has happened to me over and over in the past year. I have updated my bank info half a dozen times but they keep putting the money in my old bank account which is overdrawn and part of my bankruptcy filing. I have lost probably $200 as a result. Super frustrating. You'd think PayPal would recognize how much competition they have now with all the different platforms like venmo, cash app, Apple Pay...Facebook should really modernize their own platform to accommodate others or force PayPal to evolve and quit robbing people!
