I’m trying to recover money in an old account but I’ve not used for years. When trying to recover, the 2nd step requires the phone number attached to the account to be called but it is no longer in use and calling the helpline requires me to know a bank card details that I no longer have. Anyone know how I can reset it/speak to someone who can help at PayPal? Thanks
