How do I know if my account is verified or not?

My account was registered since 2018, I don't remember if my account was ever verified or not, it does not request me for any details in the notifications, and I have added a new bank card , my phone and passport number today. Previously, I only had my personal ID number.
I need to set up this account for an online work, but it kept giving me:

Sorry, we’re having trouble completing your request right now. Please try again.
error message when I try to link my account due to verification issue.
How can I solve this?

Typically you link and confirm a bank account and/or a credit card. If you see a withdrawal, sending, receiving limit in any combination via the link above, you'll have to complete your account profile.
I recommend that you try using the PayPal website using laptop/desktop and please make sure to clear the cache and cookies of your browser before you try.
