How can I get my IRS registered charitable business not to be rejected by PayPal?

We are a small charitable nonprofit recognized by the IRS. Our official address, which is on all our checks and bank statements, is a PO Box address. PayPal has rejected both the bank statement, and the canceled check we have provided. As you can see from the attached email screenshot, the email does not really provide any information about what was specifically missing from my "voided check" upload. For my bank statement upload, it said the exact same thing. All in all... nothing about "why it was rejected." And yes, it was from the bank with our organization account, with our name on it
We are very small organization and really need to take advantage of cheaper nonprofit charitable rates for our transactions.
Please help.

The way I addressed this issue was from the Post Office side, If you use the physical address of the Post Office where your receive your mail and identify you P.O.Box as either #1234 or Unit 1234 (use your real number). It will be a valid address.
