How can I avoid the captcha Hell?

Hello,
As many others (thread 1 , thread 2 , thread 3 ), my experience using PayPal is like 90% of my time spent working for Google as an unpaid data labeling grunt. Last time I logged in I had to solve maybe 10 captchas, with Google pretending I got many of them wrong even though I know for a fact I didn't (and hCaptcha being so damn hard that maybe it did get some of those wrong indeed. And after solving all these, cherry on top, I get the infamous SMS code as well (although TBH, as long as nothing happens to my phone, that's really not much inconvenient compared to the captchas from Hell)
Is there any way to get rid of those?
I'm using the same computer. I changed IP 3 days ago because I'm now on vacation (but in the same country, just a different city), but I haven't changed again since then, and I kept the same computer, same browser. No proxy, VPN, etc, just home connection.
On to solving yet another bunch of catpchas in order to be allowed to send this post... jeez :x (edit: 3rd try already and still unsuccessful, FFS)

It would be fun to have a solution here.
I have 2FA switched on. Before, using the browser I always use, I would log in with my username/password and then I would get the page for the Authenticator number and voilà... in my account.
Now... for no reason... endless hcaptcha loop.
To get here to right this... I had to use a browser I never use... but I got the 2FA page.
Oh hell... I'm logged in with my user and there's a captcha bellow this text box.
PayPal... somebody on your staff needs to be shown the door.
My browser works at my bank. Works at my credit-card. Works at the government.
PayPal... you're the one in the wrong. I don't need PayPal to live. Fix your... stuff!
HF!
