having so many issues about login into my PayPal as I have more than one residence and the service providers are different. Keeps saying can’t identify me but no option to do anything

I'm sorry you're having trouble logging in to your account. I would suggest you get in touch with Customer Support by clicking 'Contact Us' at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see options to contact us. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.
