Hi, yesterday i transefred money to my domestic bank but i didn't come to make progress with direct staff in 13 hours so they had sent back my money to my paypal account, but my name in paypal didn't fit to my domestic bank so paypal kept my money for 24 hours, if i don't contact to the developers, i will lost my money !! 

 

how can i contact to them? what should i do? i tried to change my name but i didn't work!!

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
