HELP!!! We're having trouble making sure it's you

I've been trying to access my paypal account for the past week. I've called support 3 times and each time they've told me to wait 48 hours or, the last time, to wait 72 hours. They never solve the problem, the problem is being ignored. I put 290 dollars in my paypal account on the 22nd to prove that the account is mine and this idiotic blockage keeps getting in the way of my account. I've already changed my password twice and still this blockage gets in the way! Take this stupid block off my account, it's useless.

This doesn't work because I don't have access to the account and when I call paypal all they do is tell me to wait another 48 or 72 hours.

Is there no one to solve my problem? On the phone it's always the same, wait 72 hours, I can't get into the account because it's blocked, even though I put money in it.
