Hi, PayPal has closed my account and I have money available for withdrawal but it won’t let me add my bank to the account and I have been contacting PayPal via messages centre and I keep getting automated messages and no solution to my problem!!

You wouldn't be able to withdraw funds from a CLOSED paypal account so do you mean your account is limited?

If so have paypal said you can withdraw funds? Is it a permanent limitation?
