Got a random login passcode on my phone, now can't change anything on my paypal account?

So i just got a security code text on my phone randomly. I decided to change all my security data. 

Tried to change my password,  but i get a sorry something went wrong message!

Same with security questions.

cant call the paypal number because the lines are currently closed

any advice? really nervous

also i try to manage my logins page, but it just is empty.

In this situation, the best thing to do would be to contact our Customer Care department. You can do this by going to the ‘Contact Us’ link at the bottom of every PayPal page. You will then see what contact options are available to you.
