Google Analytics breaks PayPal login with 2FA

I use an up-to-date Firefox browser on Windows 11. I've installed an add-on that opts out of Google Analytics, "Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on (by Google)". With that extension enabled, the PayPal 2FA screen does not render properly and consequently is not functional:
If I disable the Google Analytics opt-out extension, the PayPal 2FA page renders properly. This happens whether I'm redirected to PayPal from a merchant site or I'm simply attempting to log in to my PayPal account. Is there a way to avoid this problem without disabling the extension?

You are depending on PayPal and Google to talk to each other to sort this out, so it is likely not going to happen.
If disabling and reenabling the extension is too much work, one way to do it is to use a private / incognito window to login - as extension are auto disabled on incognito mode.
Besides this, there is really no other way than waiting for PayPal/Google to deal with this.
