I have a friend, who has been locked out of her PayPal account by mistake. To get any kind of assistance, she needs to be logged in, which by the nature of things is not possible. She also cannot create a new account, since she only has the one credit card, which is already toed to her existing account. What should she do? How can she get back in?

Sorry, I was not detailled enough.
The issue is, that my friend has multi factor authorization turn on on her account. After she got a new phone number, she now cannot log in, because it is not possible to change the phone number connected to her profile via the “Login problems” page.
Is there a way to change the phone number? Can I be used to authenticate her account in some way?
