Hello i have forgotten my password for my account, i click on reset password and i get the verification code, so i enter the code, then it asks me to put new password in, which i do. Once i have my new password typed i click next and my screen on PayPal says run into a problem try this again later. iv tried for the past 3 weeks and still saying same thing. Any suggestions ?
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
