Hi I have been receiving fraudulent emails and I would just like to forward them to Paypal hoping that they would be interested in following up with them to try to stop them like the banks do.
Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

i've been waiting for a refund which has been pending for several days.I recieved an email from payap telling me i'd been refunded but actually the refund has not been actioned and i contacted the seller. Refund shouldn't take this long?
i also have another issue but i will leave for time being
can you help me on the first issue?
