I have tried for two weeks on a daily basis during business hours to reach PayPal customer service both via phone and message center without avail. I keep getting the automated system online saying no agents are available try back during business hours...I messaged several times during business hours...then all I get is scripted responded from live agents on the phone...problem still unsolved.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

I have been trying to contact paypal through live chat for WEEKS now and its always the same, "All our agents are currently offline. Please try again during business hours." even though i message well within the business hours EVERY TIME. I've tried Twitter & Facebook and its all the same "Please message an agent through the paypal site" but I can't exactly do that now can I? lmao

Why is Paypal's phone support on https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us down for 3 weeks? This page has been broken on my account since the beginning of the month.
