Creating a business account

I'm trying to create a business account but PayPal requested me to type my address which is weird because all the suggestion were in the United States and I live in Egypt, and requested me to send a business legal name document but I don't have a business. I created the business account to work as a freelancer.

Now I can't do anything with my account, I can't edit it or even delete it. every time I enter my account settings a pop up would show up in my screen saying you have to continue creating your account and when I enter it redirects me to sending a document which has a TIN (Tax ID Number) and the business full legal name(AND I DON'T HAVE A BUSINESS). Please tell me what to do I want to delete my account and start over.

You have opened a U.S paypal account instead of one for your own country.

When you click to register a paypal account there is a drop down list of countries with U.S being the default top option as Paypal is a U.S company.
You then have to scroll down and click on your own country to open the correct Paypal account for that country.

You can't use another countries Paypal account as it would never work properly and may be limited.

If you have opened a U.S paypal account by mistake then you need to remove anything you have added and close it (if you can) and then open one for the correct country you are in.
Paypal is country specific and differs a lot country to country.
