Every time I go to check my account or after I receive a payment I always have to change my password. Often I get an email from paypal and cannot log in without changing my password. Every time! I'm sick of it.
Hello tho .. I had to face this problem and the problem is activating your account or using PayPal without activating Email or sometime because the number activation .
